Rob McDonald

Rob McDonald is a seasoned expert in payments and fintech product management, currently serving as a consultant and advisor at The Frac Pac since February 2023. In this role, Rob provides strategic payments consulting, optimizing payment solutions for a variety of clients and contributing to significant cost reductions for a major winter resort operator. Prior to this, Rob held various leadership positions at PayPal from May 2006 to February 2023, including Senior Lead Product Manager and Group Product Manager for the LATAM region, where Rob developed strategies that saved the company substantial transaction expenses and secured key partnerships with major merchants. Earlier experience includes a role as a Payments Business Operations Analyst at Amazon.com, where Rob enhanced the payment portfolio and managed key performance metrics. Rob holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
