Solene Debaisieux

Solene Debaisieux is a Research Officer in the Research Management Team at The Francis Crick Institute since February 2018, focusing on studying macrophage permissivity to HIV infection within Prof R Gupta’s group. Prior experience includes a Senior Research Associate position at UCL from November 2013 to January 2018, where contributions encompassed public engagement through various programs aimed at enhancing secondary school students' understanding of scientific careers and conducting research on axonal signaling endosomes. Previous roles also include Research Associate at Cancer Research UK and Research Associate/Teaching Assistant at Université de Montpellier, with research expertise in virology, immunology, and infectious diseases. Solene holds a PhD in Virology - Immunology from the University of Montpellier and master's and bachelor's degrees in related fields from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
