Monique McLeary

Monique M. is an experienced data scientist currently employed at The Fresh Market since March 2023. Prior to this role, Monique served as a Survey Statistician at Change Research from April 2022 to January 2023 and worked as a Research and Data Analyst at Discovery Education from January 2020 to April 2022. Academic experience includes a postgraduate researcher position at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from August 2015 to December 2019 and a public health research internship at Washington University in St. Louis during the summer of 2016. Early career roles include serving as a Regulatory Assistant at Syngenta and as a Genetics and Molecular Biology Research Intern at BASF. Monique began academic training at North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology in 2014, followed by a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2017, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health at the same institution.
