Courtney Good

Courtney Good currently serves as the Director of Client Experience at The Fresh Perspective Group, focusing on client onboarding, relationship management, service delivery, issue resolution, satisfaction, and training. Previously, as the Director of Nonprofit Markets at Exponent Partners, Courtney led strategic initiatives for philanthropy and education, maintained client relationships, and collaborated on performance metrics. Earlier roles include Senior Technical Project Manager at Exponent Partners, Assistant Director of Visitor Experience at Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, and Foundation Assistant at Madison Public Library Foundation. Courtney holds an MFA in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
