Elisabeth Blum

Elisabeth Blum is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at THE GAME since November 2023. Prior to this role, Elisabeth held multiple positions at LOOPING GROUP from April 2021 to October 2023, including Head of Talent & Culture, where significant contributions were made to establish an inclusive organizational culture and build a diverse team to support the opening of a new office in London. Elisabeth's earlier career includes serving as a People Partner at Soho House & Co, supporting the pre-opening of White City House, and various HR roles at Aqua Restaurant Group and Roast Restaurant Ltd. Elisabeth has a strong educational background with CIPD qualifications and advanced degrees in Business Management and Tourism.
