Harini Kumar

Harini Kumar is an experienced professional with a solid background in member experience and operational management. Currently serving as the Member Experience Program Manager at Golden 1 Credit Union since February 2024, Harini leads the development of the Integrated Feedback component within the Member Experience program. Prior to this role, Harini co-founded and served as COO of BrainScanology, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and refining business strategies focused on MRI diagnostics. With experience as a Research Analyst at MSCI Inc. and a Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Harini possesses a diverse skill set rooted in analytical research and strategic development. Harini holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
