Carilyn Quigley

Carilyn Quigley is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in executive search and talent solutions. Currently a Partner at The Good Board since February 2024, Carilyn has previously held significant roles, including Partner at August Leadership and Advisory Partner at TRANSEARCH South Africa, where an emphasis was placed on client and candidate satisfaction in executive search. As Owner and Managing Partner at Executive Headlines, Carilyn led consulting projects and coached senior executives. Earlier experience includes positions as an Executive Consultant at Jack Hammer Executive Headhunters and as Owner of Fusion Search and Rainmakers, both firms specializing in executive recruitment and training. Carilyn holds a Business Coaching degree from GIBS Business School, completed in 2015.
