Beth Gansky

Beth Gansky is an experienced professional in leadership and community development, currently serving as the President of The Gansky Group LLC since September 2012 and as a Board Member for The Good People Fund since July 2022. Previously, Gansky held positions such as Director of Leadership Innovation at Na'aleh: The Hub for Leadership Learning, Executive Director at ACHARAI: The Shoshana Cardin Jewish Leadership Institute, and Director of Strategic Resource Development at THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. Gansky has also contributed as a Board Member at Camp Ramah in the Poconos and holds significant experience from the role of Executive Director at Hillel Of Greater Baltimore. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University, and certifications in Leadership Coaching and Facilitation from Georgetown University.
