We achieve this by administering assessments and creating a plan based on individual and group needs to achieve their personal best. Identifying DEI needs and best practices for therapy and larger business entities requires planning to achieve targeted solutions and offering clients support to achieve their goals. As a DEI consultant and licensed clinical social worker, I pinpoint ways to create an inclusive organization for employees and leaders and serve mental health clients with an empathic, person-centered, equitable approach.
