Johanna Deras

Johanna Deras currently serves as the Associate Manager of People & Culture at The Habit Burger Grill since September 2023. Previously, Johanna held various HR roles at In-N-Out Burger from April 2017 to August 2023, including HR Business Partner II, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Leader in Development at Omni Hotels & Resorts from June 2016 to April 2017 and as a Community College Coach at Bright Prospect from July 2014 to June 2016. Johanna began a career in outreach and recruitment at Azusa Pacific University as a Sr. Diversity Outreach and Recruitment Counselor from October 2010 to July 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Communication from Boston College and a Master of Arts in Leadership Development from Azusa Pacific University.
