Marco Aguilar

Marco Aguilar, MBA, currently serves as an Assistant Manager at The Habit Burger Grill since April 2024. Previously, Marco held the position of General Manager at Gen Korean BBQ House, overseeing a store with significant weekly sales and managing various operational aspects. Early career experiences include roles as Youth Care Worker Team Lead at Cherokee Federal, Community Health Worker for both Heluna Health and LA County Department of Public Health, and Financial Capability Lead at Santa Cruz Community Ventures. Additional management experience includes general management roles at Panda Restaurant Group. Marco earned an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne and a BA in Spanish Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
