Kimberly L has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Executive General Adjuster at The Hanover Insurance Group since August 2013. Kimberly has held various roles, including Senior Litigation Adjuster and Regional General Adjuster in the Workers' Compensation Major Case Unit. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Claims Professional at The Hartford, where responsibilities involved planning, reserving, and executing investigations, as well as training new hires. Kimberly also contributed to the Emerging Leaders program from The Insurance Institutes and developed training tools for existing employees.
