Kira Perry

Kira Perry, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at The Hardenbergh Group, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Kira was a Business Partner in People and Culture Success at RafterOne from January 2022 to February 2023, which is a prominent Salesforce consultancy firm formed by the merger of PixelMEDIA, Docmation, and GearsCRM. Kira also held the role of Human Resources Director at GearsCRM from January 2015 to January 2022, providing HR operational support for a remote workforce. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Akamai Technologies and contributing as a Human Resource Administrator and Senior Recruiter at Prestige Staffing.
