Art Massanet

Art Massanet has extensive experience in the insurance and benefits sector, currently serving as the Assistant Learning Director for Group Benefits Operations at The Hartford since March 2000. Prior roles at The Hartford include Program Change Lead and Sustainability Leader, where Art Massanet collaborated with leadership to enhance management systems and support strategic goals. Previously, Art Massanet worked as a Claims Leader and began their career at Allstate in 1988 as a Property Unit Manager, gaining diverse experience in multi-line adjusting. Additionally, Art Massanet served as a Claim Analyst at Prudential Insurance. Art Massanet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from The College of New Jersey, completed in 1986.
