Tanya Filstein

Tanya Filstein is an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in application development and maintenance. Currently at The Hartford since April 2018, Tanya leads initiatives for the Personal Lines Robotics application, utilizing leadership, critical thinking, and project management skills to manage complex applications and interfaces. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Chubb Insurance, where Tanya oversaw application developer teams and contributed as a Technical Analyst, successfully implementing critical projects. Earlier roles include a Systems Analyst position at The Hartford, focusing on Claims processing system components, and a Consultant role at Accenture, where Tanya managed technical execution across projects while liaising with business partners. Tanya holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Southern Federal University.
