Madhuri Venkateswar

Madhuri Venkateswar is currently serving as an Editor at Harvard Law Review since July 2024, following a brief role as a Summer Law Clerk at the California Department of Justice. Prior to these positions, Madhuri was a Senior Strategist at Avalanche Insights from May 2020 to August 2023, effectively managing a gender equity research portfolio and collaborating with leading organizations on public opinion research and strategic guidance. Madhuri's prior experience at Deloitte included roles as a Business Analyst where significant contributions were made towards growth strategies for non-profits and process optimization for major companies. Madhuri was also a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, engaging in independent study focused on women's autonomy across multiple countries. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Law degree in progress at Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University.
