Douglas Guilherme

Douglas Guilherme serves as the Founder and Board Director for the Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Board at Board.org since July 2024, fostering vendor-free, peer-to-peer communities to drive meaningful improvements in major corporations. Currently, Douglas holds the position of Vice President of Supply Chain for the US and Canada at The Hershey Company, while also contributing as a Board Member for Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota. Previous leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Purolite, Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Ecolab, and various senior positions at Procter & Gamble, including procurement and plant management across multiple regions. Douglas holds multiple degrees from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from Universidade Paulista.
