Rick Davis

Rick Davis currently serves as the Senior Director of US Manufacturing at The Hershey Company since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rick Davis accumulated extensive experience at Colgate-Palmolive from May 1996 to April 2022, holding various positions including Director of Manufacturing, overseeing the production of multiple consumer goods, Plant Manager for oral care and personal care products, and Operations Manager for pet foods. Rick Davis has a strong educational background with an MBA in Finance from Baker University, a Bachelor of Science in Grain Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Technology from Kansas State University. Additionally, Rick Davis holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Washburn University.
