Olivia Yam is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong background in the hospitality and events industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at The Hive, LLC since May 2022, Olivia previously held various roles at Plug and Play Tech Center from June 2018 to September 2021, including Senior Program Manager where Olivia managed a significant number of events and improved financial processes. Olivia's earlier experience includes a Guest Service Representative role at Marriott Hotels and a Sales and Events Coordinator position at Crystal Springs Catering, where Olivia successfully increased revenue and organized large-scale events. Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has furthered education at the University of Deusto.
