Katherine Rice

Katherine (Kathy) Rice, M.S., has extensive experience in customer service and safety management, with a career spanning from 1981 to the present. Currently serving as a Hardware Specialist at The Home Depot since November 2019, Katherine is responsible for visual merchandising and customer engagement. Previous roles include an internship in Safety and Security at Allegiant, where Katherine updated safety information systems and conducted regulatory compliance audits. Katherine also amassed 24 years of experience in the snack food industry as a Route Business Manager at Frito Lay, focusing on customer relations and inventory management. Earlier positions included Front End Support Manager at Builders Square and Administrative Assistant at Pasadena Industrial Supply.
