Elaine Chien

Elaine Chien is a dedicated MA Art History student at San Jose State University, with membership in The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and The Phi Beta Kappa Society since May 2022. Chien has a robust engineering background, previously serving as an Engineering Manager at Yahoo! Inc. and LinkedIn, and as Director of Engineering at WePay. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Yahoo! Inc. and Sr. Staff Engineer at Sun Microsystems Inc., as well as PMTS at Oracle. Chien also held the position of Engineering Manager at Coursera, showcasing a significant career in the tech industry, culminating in experience as an Engineering Manager at Yahoo! Inc.
