Flora Wan, MHI, MASc, PMP, currently serves as the Program Manager for AI Service at The Hospital for Sick Children, focusing on integrating AI models to enhance clinical and operational workflows. As a core faculty member at the American Board of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Flora contributes to the education of healthcare professionals. Previous experience includes roles at the Vector Institute as a Technical Education Specialist and at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, where Flora managed digital operations, led research projects, and provided assistance through technology consultations for children with communication needs. Flora's background includes a strong foundation in software development and consultancy from IBM, complemented by numerous advanced educational qualifications in health informatics, data science, project management, and human factors engineering.
