Erica Renfro

Erica Renfro is a Development Manager at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Erica served as VP of Market and Feasibility Studies at AreaProbe, providing economic, housing demand, and retail analysis as a certified LIHTC specialist. Erica's diverse experience includes a contract position as a Housing Market Analyst at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar and various teaching roles in Spanish across several educational institutions, including ASU Prep Digital and Prince George's County Public Schools. Erica has also contributed as a Project Assistant and Parent Engagement Specialist at Pittsburgh Public Schools and participated in the Women in Leadership program through Coro Pittsburgh. Erica holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a BA in Spanish with a minor in Economics from PennWest Clarion.
