Joel Scanlon

Joel Scanlon currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Hudson Institute, a position held since November 2019, after previously holding the role of Vice President for Studies. Prior to joining Hudson Institute, Joel Scanlon was involved in policy studies at the Center for International Private Enterprise from April 2009 to October 2013. Additionally, Joel Scanlon served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Strategic Initiatives at the White House from 2007 to 2009. Joel Scanlon holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in Political Science from UCLA.
