Thomas Dinanno

Thomas DiNanno is a seasoned expert in national security, homeland security, and international affairs, currently serving as a Senior Adjunct Fellow at the Hudson Institute since August 2021. Previously, Thomas held key roles such as Senior Professional Staff at the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of State, and Assistant Administrator at FEMA. Thomas's extensive experience also includes positions in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and The White House, with a strong focus on arms control, outer space diplomacy, and critical infrastructure protection. Thomas holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
