Erika Takahashi

Erika Takahashi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Director and Chief People Officer at THE ICONIC since January 2024, Erika's previous role was as the Senior Global Human Resources Director at Fiskars Group, where responsibilities included overseeing global HR for prominent home interior and drinkware brands. Erika's background includes key positions at Mastercard, where the roles encompassed Vice President of Human Resources for Australasia and GeoSouth, as well as the Latin America Human Resources Director for Gucci. Earlier in the career, Erika held various HR roles at GE Energy Connections, GE, Korn Ferry, Amcham-Brasil, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Erika holds an MBA in Human Resources from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas, complemented by education at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
