Kristin Desanto

Kristin DeSanto is an experienced professional in live event production and project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Live Event Production at The Inception Company, Kristin oversees audio visual and onsite support for various live events. Prior to this role, Kristin spent over a decade at Noble, An Aptar Pharma Company, where roles included Sr. HF Project Specialist and Patient Services Project Coordinator, focusing on human factors and client engagement. Kristin's career also includes positions as Sr. Client Services Manager and Account Manager, managing client relationships and driving strategic growth. Kristin’s earlier experience includes account director roles at AHM/Embyron and Advogent, contributing to medical communications initiatives. Kristin holds an MBA in Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Elon University.
