Shawn Reaves

Shawn Reaves is an accomplished Executive Director at The Inspiration Foundation, where leadership is focused on enhancing the lives of disadvantaged communities through educational, economic, and social services for youth aged 7-21. With a diverse professional background, Shawn has held positions such as Homeless Advocacy Specialist and Program Coordinator for the City of Dallas, where efforts involved strengthening civic engagement among underserved populations and evaluating program effectiveness. Previous experience includes roles at Coordinated Family Care, Youth Advocate Programs, and The Woodlawn Organization, all emphasizing the management and mentorship of at-risk youth and community-based initiatives. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Grambling State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southern New Hampshire University.
