Carlos Alarcon

Carlos Alarcon is an experienced finance and business professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Finance Coordinator at The Institute of Asset Management since January 2019, Carlos specializes in developing efficient financial management processes and producing financial reports for informed decision-making. Previously, as Franchisee Developer for The Grand Appeal, Carlos implemented fundraising strategies to maximize income and expanded operational territories. Carlos held the position of Commercial Director at Latindental S.A., focusing on the development of organic biostimulant products and strategic business alliances. As Executive Director at Procesadora Metalúrgica Nacional S.A, Carlos led a $100 million gold extraction project, negotiating with government entities for permissions and licenses. Carlos also contributed to traffic safety policies as Deputy Director of the Traffic Department and managed a Ministry of Defense project at Universidad Internacional. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marymount University.
