Robin Baltus

Robin Baltus is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in project and portfolio management across various organizations. Currently a Program Manager at The Institutes since May 2018, Robin focuses on team template library creation and management within the Portfolio Management Team. Previously, as a Senior IT Project Manager, Robin led cross-functional projects, served as a product owner, and developed risk mitigation strategies. Robin's background includes significant roles at Capital Blue Cross as a Business Consultant II, where agile methodologies were implemented for corporate projects, and at Highmark as a Governance Specialist II. Additionally, Robin has experience as a Commodity Specialist/Business Analyst with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. An alumnus of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Business Management, Robin also holds certifications from the Juran Institute and Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Master I.
