Emma Mooney

Emma Mooney is an experienced energy analyst currently working at the International Energy Agency (IEA) since May 2022. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions, including Energy Researcher at the University of Limerick from November 2009 to July 2014, Associate at WYG from September 2006 to November 2009, Senior Energy Consultant at Tipperary Energy Agency from 2001 to 2006, and Facilities Engineer and Energy Manager at Carbery Group from 1999 to 2001. Emma's academic credentials include a PhD in Industrial Energy Efficiency and an MBA from the University of Limerick, an MSc in Energy Management from Ulster University, a Certificate in Renewable Energy from Technology University of the Shannon, and a BE in Process Engineering from University College Cork.
