Project Management and Coordination

The Project Management and Coordination team at The International Land and Forest Tenure Facility is responsible for overseeing and aligning project activities to ensure successful execution of grants aimed at securing land and forest rights for Indigenous Peoples and local communities. This includes monitoring project progress, managing budgets, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and organizing learning exchanges to share knowledge and best practices. The team ensures that projects comply with existing laws and policies and supports the Tenure Facility’s mission of scaling up recognition of collective land and forest rights globally.
