Rebecca Sami

Rebecca Sami is a seasoned recruiter with significant experience across various roles in the recruitment industry. Currently serving as a Recruiter at The Jacobson Group since October 2024, Rebecca previously held the position of National Aviation Recruiter at Veterans Alliance from December 2023 to October 2024. Prior to that, Rebecca worked at Akorbi for over seven years, starting as an Onboarding Specialist and progressing to roles such as Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiter, and Senior Recruiter. Achievements include being named Recruiter of the Year from 2019 to 2020, consistently outpacing KPIs, and being recognized as a Top Producer within the first months of recruitment. Rebecca earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
