Kristin Martin

Kristin Martin is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the advertising and marketing industries. Currently serving as a Founding Member at AIR Allies in Recruiting since September 2020, Kristin champions diverse and equitable workforces through collaboration. Previous roles include Marketing Executive for North America Awards at Dentsu Creative, Senior Recruiter in a freelance capacity, and Senior Creative Recruiter at the community. Kristin has also held positions such as Senior Talent Partner at Dentsu Creative, Recruiting Manager at McKinney, and a Board Member at 4A's. Additional experience includes being a Recruiting Manager at AKQA and Director of Career Placement at The Creative Circus. Kristin's educational background includes studies at The Creative Circus and the College of Visual Arts, along with a high school diploma from Eden Prairie Senior High School.
