Bill Pelster

Bill Pelster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. As a co-founder of both The Josh Bersin Company and the Josh Bersin Academy, Bill has significantly impacted the field of talent management and organizational development. Prior to these roles, Bill served as a partner at Deloitte Consulting and held the rank of lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. Educationally, Bill holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from the University of Puget Sound.
