Samey Noor

Samey Noor is a skilled program manager with extensive experience in project operations and policy development. Currently serving as an Associate Program Manager at The Kaizen Company since August 2022, Samey oversees project operations for a $48 million U.S. initiative. Previous roles include Senior Program Management Coordinator at The Kaizen Company and Policy Associate at Tabadlab, where Samey supported major projects and developed engagement strategies for global clients. Additional experience includes consulting and research work with Mercy Corps and the British Council, as well as co-founding FATE-From Apathy to Empathy, an initiative focused on countering violent extremism. Samey holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Economics from Lahore University of Management Sciences.
