Crystal Jones

Crystal Jones is an experienced operations analyst and business leader with a strong background in technology support and consulting. Currently serving as Operations Analyst 4 at Kroger since August 2022, Crystal provides essential support for the QFC division office's infrastructure and technology solutions. As Chief Executive Officer of Jones Computing Industries Inc since January 2018, Crystal leads efforts in systems consultation, web design, and hardware/software procurement. Previous roles include Volunteer Transportation Coordinator at Sound Generations, Help Desk Technician at The Energy Authority, and Contact Representative at the Internal Revenue Service. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Syracuse University.
