Matteo S. has extensive experience in the pastry field, currently serving as the Head Pastry Chef at The Landmark London since March 2018, where previous roles included Deputy Head Pastry Chef, Pastry Sous Chef, and Pastry Junior Sous Chef. Prior to this, Matteo worked at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester from September 2015 to January 2018, progressing through various positions from Pastry Chef De Partie to Pastry Commis Chef de Partie. Additional experience includes a Pastry Chef position at ORSONE - Restaurant and Rooms, and roles at Oblix Restaurant and Bellavista restaurant. Matteo began culinary training as an Apprentice/Commis Chef de Partie at Hotel Campiello from August 2009 to August 2012, following education at I.S.I.S. Bonaldo Stringher, School of Hospitality and Tourism.
