Lindsey Rodriguez, CDR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Medallia, focusing on tech, G&A, and GTM roles. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Lindsey has previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager and ESG Advocate at PM Hotel Group, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Newfront, where strategic leadership in diverse talent initiatives was emphasized.
