Franklin Farago

Franklin Farago is an attorney in the Firm’s Property Damage Practice.

A Florida native. Franklin specializes in representing property owners in first party insurance disputes including hurricane, fire, water, and mold claims.

Prior to joining Kanner & Pintaluga, Franklin handled all types of property cases as both a plaintiff and defense attorney and uses this experience to help clients with their homeowner claims. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting criminals, and participating in trials and courtroom appearances daily.

Franklin graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in English and Philosophy and also earned a M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. He subsequently completed his J.D. From Stetson University.
