Jessica Cihal

Jessica Cihal has extensive experience in leadership development, admissions, and college counseling. Since June 2011, Jessica has worked at NYC Leadership Academy, progressing from an External Affairs Intern to the Director of Leadership Development, where responsibilities have included grant reporting, program creation, and conducting competitor analysis. Prior to this, Jessica served as a Graduate Research Assistant at The After-School Corporation, observing and reporting on after-school programs, and as the Director of Admissions and College Counseling at Keystone School from June 2004 to August 2010, managing admissions processes for grades K-12 and supporting students in college counseling. Academic credentials include an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University and a BA in English with a focus on Youth and Human Services from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
