Al Motley Jr.

Al Motley Jr. is a seasoned technology and education leader currently serving as the Founder and CEO of TECHADEMICS, established in January 2016, focusing on leveraging modern tools to innovate business models and improve processes in education and beyond. Additionally, Al holds several key roles including Pahara-Aspen Institute Education Fellow and Chair of the Board of Directors for The Learning Accelerator, where efforts center on enhancing K-12 education through blended learning. Previous experience includes senior IT positions at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, co-founding WECOS, and serving as Chief Technology Officer for Gallaudet University and Matchbook Learning. Al is also involved in the philanthropic technology sector through a role as Chief Information Officer at Philanthropi. Educational credentials include completion of the DiverseForce On Boards program at the University of Pennsylvania and a degree from Penn State University.
