Gergely Sipos is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and software development across various companies. Currently serving as Competency Lead at the LEGO Group since August 2021, Gergely previously held positions as Engineering Manager at One Identity and Black Swan Data, overseeing engineering teams and ensuring high standards in project delivery. Gergely's background includes diverse roles at GE Digital, GE Power, and GE Oil & Gas, where responsibilities ranged from software architecture and infrastructure engineering to leading ERP data migration projects. Gergely holds an MSc in Business Information Systems and a BSc in Business Information Systems with a focus on e-business from Corvinus University of Budapest.
