Matthew Birchley

Matthew Birchley is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and strategy. Currently serving as the Director - Head of Talent Acquisition Excellence & Attraction at the LEGO Group, Matthew has previously held significant roles including Senior Manager - Global Talent Acquisition and Assistant Director for Global Recruitment Strategy Implementation at EY. Additional experience includes positions at Credit Suisse as a Graduate Recruitment - Fixed Income & PhD Recruiter and consultancy work at Oakleaf Partnership. Matthew Birchley holds an MA in Modern History and a BA (Hons) in Ancient History, both from the University of Reading. Matthew is also a Global Advisory Board Member at TALiNT Partners.
