Legal Team

The Legal Team at The Lightstone Group is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company's real estate investments and operations. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, managing litigation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives. The team consists of the EVP & General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Vice President, and Senior Corporate Counsel.
