Hayleigh Santra is an accomplished grant writer currently employed at The Literacy Lab since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hayleigh worked as a freelance grant writer for various clients from June 2020 to April 2022, developing grant proposals and applications for notable organizations such as the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum and the Latino Donor Collaborative. Between June 2017 and November 2021, Hayleigh served as an office manager and executive assistant at Profam Advisory Services, where responsibilities included managing the CEO's calendar and facilitating communication between global offices. Earlier legal experience includes working as an associate attorney at Motley Rice LLC from September 2012 to February 2017, as well as summer law clerk positions at Grier Furr & Crisp, PA, and Pisgah Legal Services.
