Ben Roman

Ben Roman is an experienced senior executive currently serving as the Director of the Club Experience at The Magic Castle®, where responsibilities include enhancing and maintaining a magical experience for members and guests. Prior to this role, Ben held the positions of Director of Events and Special Events Manager at The Magic Castle, coordinating and executing special events for a membership base of over 6,000 worldwide. Additional experience includes serving as Team Lead at Claim Jumper Restaurants, focusing on customer service and employee training, and as Director of Marketing and Communications for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, overseeing marketing initiatives and managing the organization’s magazine. Ben Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Cinematography and Film/Video Production and Communication, TV/Film Production from Texas Christian University.
