Eirini Fotiou is an experienced professional in the fields of cognitive behavioral therapy, business development, and compliance. As the Founder of Lifelines since May 2022, Eirini focuses on mental health and personal development through therapy practices. Eirini also serves as a leader specializing in psychosocial risk management with The Michelle McQuaid Group, and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Human Flourishing Movement. Previous roles include consultancy at Mastercard Data & Services, management positions at Cardlink and Ulysses Systems, and product management at SWIFT, where Eirini oversaw compliance services across multiple regions.
