Robert L Lowery III holds an MBA and multiple certifications, including CPHQ, CJCP, and LSSBB. Currently serving as the Lead Health Program Coordinator for Healthcare Risk Management at the Defense Health Agency since September 2021, Lowery is responsible for establishing and managing Quality Programs and risk management activities across military medical facilities. Previous roles include Director of Quality & Performance Improvement at City Hospital at White Rock, and Deputy Chief of Quality, Safety, and Value at the VA North Texas Health Care System. Lowery’s extensive experience in quality management, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight is further strengthened by a robust educational background, currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Health Care Administration.
