Alexander Aghravi

Alexander Aghravi is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at The Moinian Group since April 2023, Alexander previously held the title of Construction Manager at The Kolter Group, where oversight included the development of amenity buildings across multiple states and the construction of a 15,000+ sqft clubhouse. Previous roles also include directing renovations for luxury rentals at Greystar and serving as a Residential Management & Construction Associate at The Moinian Group. Alexander has demonstrated strong management skills in budgeting, planning, and coordinating with various stakeholders, along with successfully implementing efficiency-focused initiatives in multiple projects throughout career progression that began with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management - Real Estate from Penn State University.
